Hello!

I’m writing you in regards of our father’s amazing change in attitude after he had completed his sessions with you.

Our father has always been a quick jokester type. A very special man. However, once his teeth went bad, it proved detrimental! Not only to his appearance, but he lost his flare, the part of him that was always lovable and impossible to ignore. He began refusing to go on outings with friends, refused to go back South for family reunions, and refused to smile. Now that he has undergone this transformation, his old self has returned, but more outgoing than before. Now he holds his head high, cracks jokes and SMILES. He is even planning to return to the South to visit his family this year. Thank you so much, for your time, effort, care and support! You gave us back our father!

On third base now

I now feel like I am on third base with Jeff "Home Run King" Gray at bat. My reaching home plate is guaranteed at this point. Tough appointment for me today but as usually was treated super. I am elated over the choice of teeth, color, shape etc. Wished I was as good an artist.

Here are some old pics of me never smiling, looking unhappy and the one from the today midafternoon at home. I am really happy and so glad I found Dr. Gray and all of you.

My wish now is to get others in need to become patients; maybe I will hit the lotto. At any rate, I would like to know more about Dr. Gray's charity. I would like to be part of it. Thanks forever.

Sorry I have not been in touch. I have moved out of town, but still want to let you know what an extreme debt I feel I owe you. You wouldn’t believe, or maybe you would, how many people I have never met that comment on my smile. I would say, very conservatively, that I am complemented on my smile by 60% of people I have never met. We’re even talking about waiters in restaurants, bus stop people, as well as CEO’s of companies.

Perhaps one of the most surprising things is that no one ever guesses that I have a movie star smile. They all think it is completely natural. I am not one to lie about it, and when I tell them that it was engineered by artists, they sight the freakishly white smiles that some celebrities get; those that don’t look real. They all have insisted that the smile you gave me looks perfectly real and natural. I am not exaggerating there. They have ALL insisted that.

Dear Liz, Dr. Gray & all staff members,

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my deepest thanks for the wonderful care you provided me during my day-long stay at your offices last Thursday. Your caring and professional staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. From the first time I called your offices and talked to Liz, who was so nice and really seemed to care about my fear of dental work, through my first meeting with Dr. Gray, who took the time to get to know me, and finally having the work done. I could not have been more pleased with every step of the process. I really like the sleep therapy and actually have very little memory of the whole thing. What amazes me the most is how I felt after I got home. I woke up about 8:30 PM expecting to have much pain in my mouth. But to my surprise, there was none. In fact, I have yet to take so much as a single Advil or Tylenol. Wow! Now that is truly amazing! I can only attribute this to the outstanding skill of Dr. Gray and the staff of Jeff Gray DDS - Sedation and Cosmetic Dentistry. I actually went to work the next morning (even got their earlier than normal) and everyone was asking me, “Why are you here? Aren’t you in pain?” I then began to tell everyone my experience, and all were astonished. Some asked for your phone #, and of course I told them to ask for you Liz. Again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart, and I look forward to my next visit.

Dear Dr. Gray,

I am writing this letter to thank you for giving me such a great new smile! As you know, before we decided to go ahead with the procedure, my teeth were crooked, chipped, and discolored. I had crowns that had metal exposed at the gumline. All of these things made it hard for me to really smile without being self-conscious about the way my teeth looked. When I asked you if you could do anything for me, I was really surprised when you told me that you thought you could make all my teeth look straight and even and that I would have a "million dollar smile" when you were all done. I have to say that I was a little skeptical about the "million dollar smile" part, but since my teeth were so unsightly, I figured I had nothing to lose.

Thanks to your skill and compassion, the procedures were virtually pain free. I was a little concerned about all the material that had to be removed from my existing teeth, but once the temporaries were in place, I could hardly believe it was my mouth that I was seeing in the mirror. The new teeth looked so good! A few weeks later the permanent crowns and laminates were installed and again, I was amazed. There is no way anyone could ever tell that my teeth were anything but my own. Again, I would like to thank you for doing such a great job on my teeth and giving me a million reasons to smile again.

Dear Dr. Gray,

I was ashamed and embarrassed to seek care for my teeth because fear had kept me out of a dentist's office for over 20 years. I actually called some dentists and explained my phobia and was told that they could not help me. I would hear ads about Jeff Gray DDS, but having never placed much credibility in radio ads, I ignored them. Finally, I decided to e-mail Jeff Gray DDS - Sedation and Cosmetic Dentistry. Within 24 hours I received a kind, gently encouraging response form Dr. Gray. I called and went in (with my husband) for a consultation. Dr. Gray and Carla were wonderful. They were reassuring and compassionate. I did not feel as crazy and embarrassed as I had before I walked in their office. After 20 years, obviously I needed quite a bit of work done. In two visits I was finished! I took their "sleep pills" 60 minutes before each visit and slept through all of the work. By taking the sleep pills I may not have totally conquered my phobia, but I consider the pills a tool to help me get through something that is necessary for my physical well being. The staff is understanding and they, along with Dr. Gray, follow up with phone calls to make sure that everything is OK. It's a 90 mile round trip for me but it is worth it. I still can't believe that I actually went back to the dentist! Thank you, Dr. Gray and Carla! Thanks again for everything.

Dear Jeff,

Until I saw some pictures of my teeth, I never did realize how bad they looked. It's kind of like that spot on the carpet; you just get used to it.

I flew all the way from San Antonio, Texas to have my work done. I could have gone to any dentist in the United States, but I chose you because of your reputation, honesty and integrity. You sure exceeded my expectations. From picking me up at the hotel to bringing me back that afternoon. Your staff really gave me the VIP treatment.
When you talked about taking a couple of those pills to help me relax and even fall asleep, I was skeptical. But I swear to God, I never felt a thing and had absolutely no pain or discomfort. My temporaries were great and I was able to eat and chew almost like nothing happened.

I'm 73 years old and I sure wish I hadn't waited this long. The best part was you not grinding my teeth down to little pegs like those other dentists wanted to do.

You really have something special there. I actually had fun while I was in your office. The money I spent, and it was a lot, was worth it. Be sure and tell folks you're never to old to have a great smile and teeth you can comfortably chew with. Thanks again. I appreciate all you did.

Dear Jeff,

A smile is worth a thousand words and you gave me mine back. They say diamonds are a woman's best friend. My front teeth are better than diamonds.
